This week a team of MBA students won the million dollar Hult Prize for developing a plan to feed the world's poorest people with bugs.
The insects, starting with grasshoppers will be ground into a flour and used to nourish people in developing countries, including Mexico. Insects are an excellent source of protein, and are already an acceptable food in some cultures.
"No dessert, until you finish all your bug-paste!"
The plan could sustain millions of people, at least until they learn English and are able to read the ingredients on the "flour" that we've sent them.
