In the time it took me to make a cup of coffee this morning my adorable 2 year old managed to move her toy car over, climb up it onto our entertainment center and was poking out our TV like it was an ipad.  The TV was moving a bit and it scared the HELL out of me!  That's it... that's all the time it takes for your entire world to change!

A recent survey showed that 3 out of 4 parents don't realize the dangers of an unsecured TV.  You can bet I'll be checking every tv in my house... not just my wall mounts.  I had the one in our daughter's room mounted with a Sanus Vuepoint mount.  They are designed for safety.  I'll be going to get a few more soon!

Pull your belly button in and clench your tummy muscles..hold for 5 seconds. That equals one sit up.  Try and do 3 sets of 10... you'll feel it.

My daughter would love to exist on french fries and potato chips.  That will NOT be happening.  So last night, I finally got sneaky!  I chopped up broccoli beyond recognition and added it to her whole grain macoroni and cheese. SCORE!

Today... I will bake Oatmeal/ Almond Butter/ Banana cookies.  I know this will be a hit!

And finally tonight, I will spring on her, the MASHED CAULIFLOWER and sweet pea mash up.  Luckily for me, she loves sweet peas... and mashed potatoes.  I keep reading raves about the mashed cauliflower, so I'm going in!  Here is the recipe I will follow from Inspiredtaste.net
