Is coffee good for you? Is coffee bad for you? How much is too much? How much is not enough to help or hurt?
I drink coffee ALL day and have for many years! I guess I talk so much in my job that the warm liquid feels good on my throat. Plus I do like the way coffee tastes.
New research suggests that 4 cups per day is optimum for lowering risk of stroke, heart attack, diabetes and weight loss. More than 4 tends to negate the health benefits and cause you to gain weight (looks like I just discovered why I'm fat).
