Sheryl Crow has revealed she has a benign brain tumor. In a recent interview she said that she was worried about her memory so she went and got an MRI. She has forgotten lyrics to her songs several times in the past…most recently during a show last month. She just laughed it off saying it was because she’s 50. She made the appointment for the MRI back in November and it revealed she has a brain tumor. Good news…it is benign so she says she doesn’t have to worry about it. If you remember, Crow fought and won a battle with breast cancer back in 2006.
Actress Amanda Bynes was charged with DUI yesterday over an incident last April when she slammed into a cop car. She did what all of us would do in that situation. She went on twitter to claim she’s innocent. Then she sent a tweet to President Obama. It said “Hey Barack, I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit & run. The end” She’s facing a possible six month sentence. But I’m sure the president will drop whatever he’s doing to get her out of the mess.
The claws are out between new “X Factor” judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. 19 year old Demi is so jealous of Britney and her Diva behavior that she’s been taking out her frustration on everyone around her. She’s been whining about how Britney gets all the attention on the set. She gripes about her clothes not fitting right and her makeup looking bad…even complaining that the water an assistant brought her wasn’t cold enough. But her biggest complaint is she’s making one-fifteenth the money that Britney is. She think she should be treated as an equal to Britney. Meanwhile Britney is getting on Demi’s nerves by cuddling up close to Simon and leaving Demi looking like she’s out of the loop.
Impressive talent on America's Got Talent last night. Eric Diddleman claimed to be a "professional mind reader." He wrapped duct tape around his eyes, had the judge draw something on a piece of paper, then he guessed their drawings. His guesses were great!
Ok…so is this creepy or would you be ok with it. Halle Berry’s ex..Gabriel Aubry followed a woman into the ladies room to hit on her. It happened at the pool at the Beverly Hills hotel. He just walked right in, introduced himself and they exchanged numbers. Witnesses say he was pretty aggressive. He must have been in a weird mood after learning that his daughter was allowed to move to France with Halle.
Legendary singer Cissy Houston has inked a deal to write a memoir in which she will discuss the incredible highs and indescribable lows in the life of her daughter, Whitney Houston. After singing the deal with HarperCollins (reportedly worth seven figures), Cissy said in a statement “When I lost my daughter Nippy, the world lost one of the most beautiful voices and an extraordinarily beautiful and charitable woman.” The as-yet untitled book promises to delve into Whitney’s decline into drug addiction and her combustible marriage to Bobby Brown.
It may be easy to get away with underage drinking in Los Angeles, but Scout Willis just learned the same rules don’t apply in New York. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s 20-year-old daughter was busted Monday in Manhattan for underage drinking after getting caught with an open beer in Union Square. She then gave the police officer a fake ID, and when she finally admitted her real identity was cited for misdemeanor criminal impersonation and an open container law violation. She was released Tuesday and is due back in court July 31st.
Better not get that super-sized soda when you go to see The Dark Knight Rises. That’s because according to MTV, the Batman film’s running time is two hours and 45 minutes. There’s no doubt the movie is going to be huge. Director Christopher Nolan even thins it’s the biggest movie he’s done. He’s says it’s not what you’re used to seeing. Quote, “I don't know when someone last did a film with 11,000 extras in a real environment. It is an escalation." You can start buying pre-sale tickets for The Dark Knight Rises on Monday, June 11th, five weeks before the film’s July 20th release.

Last weekend at the Wizard World Comic Con in Philadelphia, all five actors who played captains on the "Star Trek" TV series appeared together for the first time ever! We're talking William Shatner from the original series, Patrick Stewart from "The Next Generation", Avery Brooks from "Deep Space 9", Kate Mulgrew from "Voyager" and Scott Bakula from "Enterprise". The epicness would have SKYROCKETED if Chris Pine from the new "Trek" movies was there. But this was more than adequate.

If you’re a hardcore "Smokey and the Bandit" fan, you may not like this. There’s talk that Ashton Kutcher might star in a remake. Ashton is a huge fan of Burt Reynolds and the original. He's seriously considering bringing the character and the story up to date with him as the Bandit but with Burt involved in some way.
Disney will be banning junk food advertisements on things intended for children. This includes their TV shows, radio programs and websites. Disney owns and operates ABC, along with the cable networks ESPN, A&E, ABC Family and of course the Disney Channel. The kids' shows on those networks won't have ads for "fast foods and sugary cereals that don't meet their nutrition standards." The changes won't go into effect until 2015 because of existing advertising agreements.
"Vanity Fair" and "60 Minutes" recently collaborated on a new survey, which . . . among other things . . . asked: "Who Should Write a New National Anthem?"
BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN came out on top, with 22% of the vote. The rest of the ranking broke down like this: Dolly Parton (19%), Stevie Wonder (18%), Bob Dylan (11%), "Star Wars" composer John Williams (10%), Jay-Z (8%) and Madonna (5%).
As far as we can tell, it was a "multiple choice" survey . . . and those were the options provided.
