Late last night, mom Dina scrapped Lindsay Lohan up off the floor and put her in a first class seat to Los Angeles. Which is interesting because It was reported earlier that Lindsay was "too ill" to fly.  She changed her mind after TMZ posted pictures of her shopping…and smoking. Lindsay will be in court early this morning facing a mountain of legal problems. Today’s case revolves around her car accident last summer. She’s already pleaded "not guilty" to charges that Lindsay lied to police telling them she was not the driver in the accident. Dozens of witnesses contradict Lindsay. It's possible we could see her in an orange jumpsuit by summer.

Alec Baldwin is going to be a dad again.  His 38 year old wife Hilaria Thomos is rumored to be pregnant.  A source says, quote, "They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her”   Alec's rep wouldn't confirm the news…quote, "When or if Alec and Hilaria have news they want to share, they will share it.  Until then, no comment."
Alec already has a 17-year-old daughter named Ireland, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Barbara Walters is out of the hospital.  In less than two weeks, she fell and hit her head and came down with chicken pox.  ABC said she is at home and “Getting Stronger”.  There’s no word word when she'll return to work.  Barbara is 83.

If you watched Monday’s episode of Fashion Police…you may have seen Joan Rivers drop an uncensored F-Bomb.  She was joking about Claire Danes… comparing a dress that she wore to the SAG awards to a slot machine.  Joan says it was the networks fault because she was supposed to say the word…and they were supposed to censor her.   She "It shouldn't have happened, but whoopee!  That's how the joke was written."

Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy Scott Disick gave an interview to Haute Living where he described what a day in his life is like, and to say it is pretentious is an understatement. He wakes up at 10 am, showers, shaves and then moisturizes with a cream that goes for $150 an once. Then he selects “an outfit with a fine luxurious blend of the best fabrics on the market today, a bespoke suit from Savile Rowe or Tom Ford,” either of which costs $5,000. Then he makes his “biggest choice of the day” - what watch to wear, his Rolex or his Patek Philippe, both of which cost at least $1 mil. Then he picks his car - his Ferrari, his Rolls Royce or his Bentley. He finally gets to work at 1 pm. “The truth is I work in various industries,” he explains. “I have done a lot of private label manufacturing in the nutrition biz and have raised money for startup companies. I tend to invest money into nightlife businesses the friends of mine that are involved in nightclubs and whatnot.” At the end of the day he eats with the family and then starts researching “luxurious items such as cars and watches and private planes and boats” online.

Some tv tidbits… American Idols numbers may be down from previous seasons, but it’s still doing well.  The show took the top two spots in the ratings last week with around 16 million viewers both nights.   The audition rounds continue tonight on Fox.

If you like Once Upon a Time, you may like this.  NBC has a new drama series in the works that's a SEQUEL to "Alice in Wonderland".  It's called "Wonderland" …and in it, some girl named Clara goes into Wonderland and "wages war against [its] reigning Queen, the woman we once knew as Alice." 

The series finale "30 Rock" airs tomorrow, and to pay tribute, Ben & Jerry's will be unveiling a new kind of ice cream inspired by the show.  The company will announce its name and flavor on its Facebook page during the finale

Behold the power of Taylor Swift.  According to CMT, her album "Red" was the ONLY 2012 album to be certified Triple Platinum…which is three million in shipments.  That's even more impressive when you consider it didn't come out until October 22nd.

A "source" says Beyonce is annoying everyone with her long list of demands as she prepares for the Super Bowl halftime show.  For instance, she's making them ship her daughter's bed from New York to Louisiana, where it is to be placed in a nursery that's kept at a constant 78 degrees and decorated with rose-scented candles.  A rep for the NFL calls this report, quote, "pure pulp fiction." 

In the celeb romance department,  Melissa Gilbert is marrying Timothy Busfield from "Thirtysomething" and "Revenge of the Nerds". 

Jim Nabors, the guy who played Gomer Pyle, married his 64-year-old male partner two weeks ago.  Jim is 82, and they've been together for 38 years. They travelled from Hawaii to Seattle to do the deed, since gay marriage became legal in Washington state last month.

On the other side of things, Ashley Judd and driver Dario Franchitti are breaking up after more than a decade of marriage.   The official statement more than a decade of marriage.  "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed,"

Hard to imagine, but Jon Bon Jovi says he still has butterflies before hitting the stage.  He and the band are getting ready to kick off their Because We Can world tour on February 9 but Jon recently said in an interview “It’s two weeks away now and you have those same old neuroses – a voice in one earing saying ‘You can do it’ and a voice in the other ear saying ‘No you can’t.’”

Pop singer Katy Perry recently undressed, err, unveiled her new wax figure, which will be prominently on display at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas. The singer’s likeness boasts a bust-flattering silver outfit that make her boobs look like Hershey’s Kisses, complete with tassels reading “Katy Perry.” Here's the real-life Perry posing beside her wax likeness here.
