Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Courtney Lenz was not invited to perform at the Super Bowl, and she says it's because she gained too much weight. During the regular season, Courtney was actually benched for a game because she gained 1.6 to 1.8 pounds, bringing her up to a whopping 125.6 pounds. The team only gets to take 32 of its 60 cheerleaders. Courtney wasn't one of them, and she says her weight is the reason. The team denies it, saying, quote, "Our selection process was based upon three criteria: seniority, performance ability and personal conduct throughout the season."
Are Katy Perry and John Mayer on a break? They were both allegedly spotted with other people recently. On Sunday night, Katy went to see Muse in concert then headed for the after-party…and drummer Dominic Howard. A witness says, quote, "They were all over each other.” Another person said "Katy had her arms around Dominic, and they were facing each other, bodies touching. He had his eyes on her all night. Katy loved all the attention." Meanwhile, John was spotted at the Village Hotel with Allison Williams from “Girls". They attended a party at the hotel, then went to dinner, before returning to the hotel. They weren't seen again until the next morning, when they left…separately. But this one could very likely be innocent. John is good friends with Allison's boyfriend. Still…looks very suspicious!!
54-year-old Sharon Stone has broken up with her 27-year-old boyfriend Martin Mica. A source says, quote, "It wasn't so much the age difference. They didn't share the same interests. Her passions are philanthropy, politics, activism…he wasn't into any of that." In other words, it was the age difference.

Gomer Pyle star Jim Nabors tied the knot with his partner of 38 years, Stan Cadwallader, on January 15th in Seattle, Washington, where same sex marriage was approved during the November election and took effect December 6th. "I'm 82 and he's in his 60s, and so we've been together for 38 years and I'm not ashamed of people knowing," “I feel very blessed. And what can I tell you, I’m just very happy.”
Sometimes dating the hot guy is not all it’s cracked up to be. According to "In Touch Weekly", Bradley Cooper was dating a model named Laura Simpson, but she dumped him because he was obsessed with her feet. In fact, he kept asking her to text him pictures of them. A source says, quote, "It was weird, so she broke it off."
Lindsay Lohan and her mom Dina rushed to Los Angeles from New York on Tuesday, to get to Lindsay's court hearing yesterday morning. If you remember, she originally tried to bag on it, claiming she was SICK. But then TMZ posted pictures of her out and about in New York, NOT looking sick. They also said a WARRANT could be issued for Lindsay if she didn't show. And she did show…but she had trouble finding a place to stay on Tuesday night. Lindsay and her mom first went to a hotel called Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. But they were turned away. Apparently, Lindsay's been on their blacklist since she trashed one of their rooms five years ago. Then they went to the Loews Hotel up the road, and were turned away there…but only because there were no rooms. There's no word where they ended up. Lindsay Lohan’s judge had some fun with her in court yesterday morning, telling her, quote, "I'm glad to see you're feeling better."
Meanwhile, Michael Lohan and his on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major welcomed a baby boy yesterday. They named him Landon Major Lohan.
Forbes.com has released a list of The Top-Earning "American Idols"…and Kelly Clarkson was #1. There's just one problem: The list is really out of date. The numbers were taken from income estimates from May of 2011 to May of last year, which means nothing from the past nine months has been factored in…and that includes last season's winner Phillip Phillips. Regardless, here's the list of The Top-Earning "American Idols"

It's official: CBS has announced that "How I Met Your Mother" will get a ninth season, which means one more after the current one . . . but it will be the last one. And yes, the identity of the mysterious mother WILL be revealed. The main cast will all be back for the final season.
Justin Timberlake and Barbra Streisand have booked some high profile performances for next month. Justin will take the stage at the Grammys on February 10th. His last Grammy performance came four years ago. Meanwhile, Barbra will take the stage at the Oscars on February 24th for a "very special performance." This is her second time performing at the Academy Awards. Back in 1977, she sang her Oscar-winning song "Evergreen"…from "A Star Is Born". The Academy hasn't announced what she'll be singing this year.
Tim McGraw has a sexy photo shoot in tomorrow's edition of "People". He also explains that he quit drinking five years ago so he could have a "moral high ground" with his kids. Tim replaced his alcohol high with grueling physical workouts. He adds, quote, "Working out is a great way to go out on stage. When I hit the stage, my adrenaline is going and I'm ready." Whether Rihanna and Chris Brown are dating again or just hanging out, Rihanna makes it pretty clear in the new issue of "Rolling Stone" that the rest of us should BUTT OUT. She says, quote, "I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that. Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake." She adds, quote, "After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it." She says the relationship is a lot more stable now . . . quote, "We don't have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about [stuff]. We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don't want to lose that." Still, she's giving Chris little room for error . . . quote, "He doesn't have the luxury of [effing] up again. That's just not an option. "I can't say that nothing else will ever go wrong. But I'm pretty solid in the knowing that he's disgusted by that. And I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."
